Klondike Gold Rush National Historic Park: The history of Skagway ‘s wild past is preserved here, complete with wooden boardwalks and false-fronted buildings. Take a ride on the White Pass and Yukon Railroad, or perhaps an antique automobile or bus.
Gold Rush Cemetery: Visit the site of Skagway ‘s two most famous men; “Soapy” Smith and his murderer, Frank Reid.
Haines
An area teeming with wildlife, incredible sights, and North America ‘s largest fjord, Haines is a must for those who wish to see Alaska in living color. Haines rests on the border of the world’s largest wilderness preserve, so chances for enjoying the fantastic Alaskan outdoors are unlimited.
